What's it worth

I own a 2006 LC4 which I really like and have seen a 2001 VX TD in a local dealership which looks quite nice. It's 2 owners with 106,000 miles and appears to be good nick albeit a bit boat like on its suspension. I was just wondering what sort of money it should go for and what are its weak points? Is it the early 3.0TD or latter d4d engine - being a 2001, it could be either.
