They are new, never been fitted.

Simply spin all 6 nuts off the fixed studs.
Put the spacer onto your wheel hub.
Use the 6 nuts to fasten the spacer to your hub.
Put your wheel onto the spacer.
Use your 6 nuts to fasten wheel to spacer.
