I've got 400+ pics to go through, edit, re-size and post from the Tassie trip + a load of work pics to post! :icon-biggrin:

But tonight I need to get my TAFE homework done ready to hand in on Friday and tomorrow night I'm finishing my winch re-build so its going to be atleast a few more days for the trip report.

In the mean time...............................

Heres a little video of what I was driving around Tassie. :icon-cool:

+1 please...

Given the crazy amount of views this thread gets (4500 in the last 10 days! :icon-surprised: ) I don't really want to post my facebook details. :icon-smile:

Drop me a PM if you like. :icon-wink:

Its no wonder you killed the batteries running around with the blasting beacons flashing Ben

You're not the first person I've known who has needed assistance getting off of the Spirit of Tasmania... although I'm sure they needed assistance getting on as well...

Stop leaking all the best bits from my story. :icon-cry:

Think I best get the trip report up before everyone finds out what happened!

I didn't mean to let it slip that you needed a wheel chair to get on and off.... honest!

Hope that they can take that cast of your leg soon, must have been really hard travelling in the back of that 40 series...;-)

I'm really hoping tomorrow night (Friday night) I can sit down and get the trip report up.

Got another really busy weekend ahead and then the weekend after is my 4 day 4wd Otways trip.

Hi Tony.

Its actually a diesel 47 series and has got seating for 11 in the back. :icon-cool:

It surprised me how nice it was to drive on the road. Apart from the fact it has no power steering and really needed an extra top gear, the straight 6 un-turbo'd diesel pulled like a train.
