That is also possible. Blame the Russians - as they have - and it'll buy you time.

Maybe they didn't upgrade their software because they did not think an upgrade was needed. We will always be increasing reliance on IT and electronic systems. It's inevitable and I cannot see a way around it. The motor car was evil as was steam before it. Each phase will have issues and...

    April 2021 Upgrade - Whoops

Agreed. I like the way it turned out. Stands out a lot better. Upgrading is easy, it's a pain when it goes wrong. Had some choice language when I realised it broke. Now I know what Landrover owners feel like : That... ^

    April 2021 Upgrade - Whoops

Well, we did an upgrade this morning and suffice to say, it did not all go well. The upgrade itself went fine, the post-upgrade tasks utterly broke it. Everything was a mess and looked a bit like a Defender after a short journey :) Sadly, the restore of the backup did not fix it either for...

Chas, Windows 7 is no longer supported by Microsoft. Jan this year i think it was. You should upgrade for reasons other than this website. Security patches would be the best one. What browser are you using? I would use Chrome, Internet Explorer is/has-always been a pile of ....... In Chrome...

Chas, here is a recording of me browsing the site with your account. I am using Windows 10, Chrome, no plugings or anything "special", no super-safe-internet-whatits You can see from the speedtest I am having a slow day (It's normally 350Mb/s). Other than a few pregnant-pauses here and there...

Good idea Chris but this would not be linked to an account. Has no baring. I believe somewhere it was done logged in / not-logged in and still the same on his computer. I've upgraded to the latest version of everything today. @Chas - try from another device like your phone or something without Symantec Norton on it. Alternatively, go in to Symantec Norton and whitelist landcruiserclub.net and www.landcruiserclub.net. Symantec Norton does some nasty stuff...

I've noticed it hang for me once or twice. I'll take a look again to see if I can find anything. @hamba - I've not turned anything like that on. It might be a new feature though. Regarding the slowness and page loads, I'll dig through the logs this evening a bit. C

I'm not sure the 1KZ motor came in the 100. It's only Africa-spec 90 or 120. I'll move this thread to the 90 one and merge all the others together. Me wonders if this is spam

Yes Chas, it is. The upgrade had to happen for reasons you cannot or don't want to understand. Let's leave that topic now shall we, comfortable in the knowledge that it's a good thing and that there will be more upgrades in the future. As Tony said, I've got a shit load more fun things to do...

Barrow man caught washing car amid lockdown tells cop to 'do one'

Personally, I think it starts to loosen the whole point. Your reasons and logic are sound but someone will see you and relax their own view slightly more and it starts to slip away. I _just_ needed a sheet of ply from wickes. I could do that and still keep away from others. It'll slip away...

I would rather be doing this in isolation.......

While I agree, I think jagged little pill will become a bit much after a few days . I toured UK and Europe in '95 and lost all but G&R Use Your Illusion 2 tape. Was quite stretched by the end! Which places?

@Chris I think this functionality is built in now. If you viewed the what's new tab, it shows you the new stuff since your last visit.
