Just got a silver 2008 with 87k mi. and there is a noticeable bump just before stopping or at starting from a stop. I cannot find any useful info. on the TSB. Is this issue fixable? Cost?

Also the TPMS seems to read about 3-4 lbs. of air higher than Discount Tire's gauges and my 2 tire pressure gauges. Can the ECU be easily and cheaply reflashed?

Finally is the tranny is due an oil change. Is it best to flush it or just drain it? Can flushing it cause unintended issues later?

Thanks for the advice.
