It all depends on how ,where, what loading & what gear you are in, for example cruising on the motorway around its 60 degrees ish (or less) struggling through soft sand without the TC locked it can go sky high, and thats with extra coolers.
Thats why I have a 'lock up' kit & uprated valve body fitted.
Even on long climbs mine can hit 100 but soon drops back down.
there are many variables, its not just a matter of it staying at one temperature like the radiator water temp with a thermostat opening & closing.
