Andrew Pierre White moving to the UK

Whoo whoo! :happy-bouncyblue: I've always wanted to meet him, maybe I will now.

Awesome news! :icon-biggrin:

I always enjoy his videos.

Maybe the club could invite him on a green laning trip or to the next Lincomb.

You mean you wouldn't make a special trip down if you knew he was going to be there?

Shit I think even Id be tempted!

Never really been impressed. I prefer Gordon Ramsay if I am honest.

I wish you all the best, but I also strongly recommend that you make no attempt to take or startup your Autograph business in the UK, or the US.

You made promises, in writing, that the vehicle kitted out by yourselves for me would not affect my warranty at all. That simply was not true, and you had no guarantees to fall back from from Toyota for it either. As a result, I am a few thousand rands out of pocket. If you take a similar line in the UK or US, you'll be sued into bankrupcy.

I blame myself of course, for not ensuring I saw something from Toyota in writing to back up your claims."

Hello All. Thanks for the kind words from most of you and thank you for making my return to the UK easier. Looks like forums are all the same. Here in SA, the Land Cruiser Club and the other forum-with-no-name made it much easier for me to leave too. My detractors tend to move to forums to air their opinions. My fans go to my website, the TV or FB etc.. And because the very small number of detractors are generally highly vocal, I avoid forums mostly. best regards to all, Andrew.

Hi Andrew,
I just want to say this forum is unlike any other I've been on either here or back in Australia. The people on here are all genuine, friendly and will do pretty much anything they can to help out. Wether it be a pre-purchase inspection, as a 'forum courier', an epic recuse or even picking up ebay purchases and holding onto them until they can make a collection. In the rare event that disagreements/bitchiness arises it's always sorted in a sensible quick manner. So I would say not quite the same as any forum.

I've only recently discovered your videos after Julian Voecker of Overland Cruisers placed a link on this forum in regards to your plight for raising cash to save the Rhinos. It was on his recommendation that I ponied up some cash and for that I have been enjoying them.

and finally. Welcome.

Cheers,
Grant

Welcome Andrew, I have enjoyed watching your videos, in fact my uncles SII landy features in one or two of them, and I hope your move works out for you.
In fact I think you may find you are in lots of good company ;)

Welcome Andrew. I have a few of your videos and book, and also sponsored your trans Africa trip.
