BJ46 pto drive shaft repair

My little red truck came with a pto winch when I bought it.
Sadly, the splines of the driveshaft and the UJ were well worn and needed fixing.

A little fabricating is needed:
new end for shaft + new UJ

of course it doesn't fit right away:

measure twice, cut once :

weld into the shaft and stage 1 is ready:

for the uj, I used one half of the old uj and one half from the new one. Made 2 new bushes in the lathe and pressed everything together. Sadly forgot to take photos.
but I have some pics of pressing the bushes in the the front uj. First tried it in the vice, but without succes. Then I remembered I had a small tool from work that could do the job :

I also use it to pull treestumps out of the ground, first tried to pull them with the newly fixed winch. No succes! then I gave it a try with the scissors and spreader :
