center diff lock relay

Hello, Got my new diff lock actuator the other day. The original one was rusted solid! Problem is I can't get power to it. Dash switch is fine, relay has power to it and clicks but no power at the plug that goes into the actuator motor. The wires from relay to plug have continuity. Could the relay be clicking but still be stuffed? All fuses check out good. I had thought as the motor was rusted up if power ran to it could it stuff the relay?

. I'd have one if needed. I could send one out for you to diagnose it then send it back if it doesn't. As long as post aged was covered.
