Cruise and horn in FZJ80

I've got a couple of problems in with what i assume is the wiring. The horn doesn't work and the cruise control switch doesn't work. I've just picked it up and have a repair manual on the way but interested to know if this is a common combo

Ok so it looks like i was missing the clock spring. Seems like clock springs are hard to come by in the part of the world (Aus), is there compatibility between other Landcruiser and the 80 series
