Ripper. Mate, as someone who's made several carriers like this, I can appreciate the efforts. Really I can. However, one thing I'd say is that yo need a bigger clearance between the bodywork and the bumper. There's far more flex than you think on an 80 an the body will rub on those corners especially. You need something like 1/2 " clearance. But that aside, I love it. Been there. Done that. Big creds. One offs are so time consuming. People wonder why these things cost so much. Build one yourself and you'll understand, eh?

Thanks for posting that Phil , i'm still struggling with he dilemma - do i make it myself or buy ready made bumpers only to chop and alter . My poor welding skills and lack of work space would justify the cost of ARB and the like - if i made it , but only because it would take me so long .
