cylinder head studs tension

i was wondering what the correct head stud tension is for an 80 series 4.5 petrol i have different info so far

If it helps, here's extracts from the (1FZ-FE and 1FZ-F engine repair manual) for the bolts/replacement of the head.

Please check it's correct for your engine, I'm not familiar with the petrol at all...

thanks for the the help the paint on front of bolt is some thing i didn't think of.
