Hi - I'm suffering low fuel pressure (diagnosed) I've found swarf and filings in my SCV ports on my Denso D4D diesel pump and I'm presuming this is indicative of a catastrophic failure and I'm planing to replace the pump. I have sources a second hand unit with some guarentee so I'm prepared to give it a shot ... am I right in thinking there's no timing involved with these pumps when I come to fit it as they are a constant velocity pump rather than the old timed injection ??
