The Dakar starts today

I have been on several rallies with a few of this years' competitors and will be supporting them. They are riding bikes and most are ladies

Sorry to hear that Jenny broke her leg - give her our well wishes. (She did get on telly though!)
But Tina and Ronnie are still there (89 & 90th) - amazing. I have so much admiration for the competitors and support crews.

And how are the Toyotas doing?
They all run in the T2 Production class - Toyos in the first 5 places and hold 8 of the top ten places in that class. The leader of T2 is in 16th overall at the half way stage.

If only I was younger and had a spare £100,000+... dreams are free though!

Quick update:
As of last night there were 54 cars left in the Dakar and 20 of them are Toyotas.
Toyos now hold 9 of the top ten places in the T2 Production class.
