Direction system, takes temperature and the address gets hard, TLC 1995

I would appreciate the help and guidance, my TLC when it is turned on and this cold direction is super soft and as it goes up and used it goes up the temperature of the system a lot, placing the address hard.

Work done:
1.- The hydraulic lines are cleaned.
2.- The deposit is cleaned
3.- The complete kit plus bearing of the pump was changed.
4.- The flow control valve of the steering pump is completely cleaned.
4.- 02 gear housing was tested.

I would appreciate your help and guidance to know what to do.

Questions:
my TLC has control button of sport suspension, this works with the solenoid valve of the gear housing.

I think you are saying that your power steering is light when you first start the car but gets heavier as you drive and gets hotter than is normal?

I don’t think the sport suspension is linked but there is a solenoid that makes the system less responsive at high speed.

Firstly which Landcruiser do you have?

You say you have rebuilt the pump and the steering box? What prompted you to do this? Did you have a problem to begin with or has this problem started after the rebuild?

Did you clean the tiny gauze strainer in the pump and strip and clean every component?

Was the pump in good condition? No scoring to the rotor, vanes or their chamber?

Did it all go back together correctly and with no dirt whatsoever?

Have you used the correct fluid?

Have you set the steering box correctly with the nut/screw on the top?

My guess would be that the pump is worn or the unloaded is letting fluid past (a blocked strainer causes this) but that all depends on what you found when you were in there. Did you take photos?

Lan cruiser series 80 year 1995, engine 4.2 cc 24 valves.

You say you have rebuilt the pump and the steering box? What prompted you to do this? Did you have a problem to begin with or have you started this problem after the rebuild?

only the steering pump, box steering relice test to discard, had no problem started when I change position stabilizer bar and panhard, disconnect everything.
