enter key doesn't work :(

Erm ... any ideas why my enter/return key doesn't work on here ..?? ... Op sys is win 7 using IE9 .... it works on every other site but this one

Up beside the web address, click the little grey icon that looks like a piece of paper ripped in half and it should work then
