Experience of this lane near Corwen?

Does anyone have experience of this lane vaguely near Corwen in N. Wales?

I'm taking the wife for lunch for our anniversary on Saturday and taking that lane is the most direct route (and what Google maps is adviing!). Given we'll probs be in the truck anyway due to snow I'm wondering if this'll be a sensible short cut or whether I'm likely to get myself into trouble

Last time I drove it a few years ago it was still tarmac all the way through, just a bit of grass up the middle for that first section.

We took it on the way back. It was fine in an 80 with MTs, but I would have been screwed in my Galaxy even without the snow - don't know what the satnav was thinking about recommending it! It certainly didn't seem to be tarmac.

should be single track tarmac under the snow with a strip of grass down the middle according to my pictures

Was badly rutted and big potholes over a lot of it, and a couple of gates as well.
