FJ80 point to evaluate before buying???

Hi to all. I'm from Puerto Rico and planning to buy a 1991 or 1992 FJ80. I will appreciate if you indicate which points need to evaluated before buying. Any weak point?? corrosion, steering box etc.

What is the better choice 1991 and 1992 (4.0ltrs. SOHC) or 1993 (4.5ltrs. DOHC)?

How durable is that auto tranny? Here in PR FJ80 has millage between 120K to 200K.
