Gearbox rebuild

Hi guys I am interested in rebuilding my 1994 hdj81 auto gearbox at some point.

My mechanic informed me it's ok for now but I am losing around 300 rpm power lose in the drive train.

This would intal getting a new or refurbished torque converter.

Part no: 32000 - 65010

Also in the meantime was advised that it's worth getting a rebuild kit to renew the whole unit. This makes sense!

Any thoughts on where I can source these parts from and costs factors for parts.
