Group buy - 80 series rear tailgate decks in stainless or aluminuim

It was just a minor op, had a kidney replaced. Bit like getting a new oil filter:)

MINOR! any op is not what I would call minor, glad to see you can still joke about it though. I have to go in in on 1st April for a further CT scan of my kidneys to verify whether or not a shadow is an early cancer, wish me luck chaps.

Certainly do Chas.

Good luck mate

OK chaps, we'll need to get a shuffle on with these last names and any more who want to sign up. I am told that Ally sheet is going up in price and whilst it may only amount to a couple of quid an item we can't expect the suppler to absorb this so if we don't want a price increase we'll need to get our order in within the next week or so or face a price revision which personally i wouldn't vote for.

Let's hustle.

C

Was minor compared to having my other kidney removed requiring a 14" incision.
SWMBO , who donated the kidney had a far harder time and that was keyhole surgery.

Anyway thanks for all the support and kind words.

Back to taking tailgates.

Bless you both, and a get well soon to SWIMBO too!!

I hear you Jon. For me though let's say ratchet straps.I roll mine up and I doubt I would get one in there. Ill have a gander at the ones bought at lincomb.
Put something that does fit in there then  It's amazing how much space you can free up in the main storage area by squeezing bits and bobs into the nooks and crannies but it wants to be fairly lightweight stuff in the tailgate really.

I am planning a set of hand made matching travel bags to go in mine. Finest leather with gold stitching shaped to fit the space perfectly. I am going to put my left trainer in one and my right trainer in the other. Just not quite sure which way round yet, though.

Will get the drawing for the hundy organised ASAP guys; truck was left in work over the weekend :-(

Cheers Craig. Nice one. Understood Gav. Chop chop there's a good chap.

Nice to see this moving forward. The cubby one is too far of a stretch for me, but happy to take a plain one to spruce up the truck. If shipping for £10 covers the Isle of Man then great, if not I can give you a UK address.

Guys so far that's reading 6 confirmed with cubby (at target price of course) and 5 confirmed for the standard version.

Still a few unconfirmed on there. Again, can I ask you all to declare firm intention if you have not done so. Copy the list into a new mail and change you selection to name, plain or cubby and the word confirmed. Or if you can't 'cos you are on a smartphone or and Amstrad 9512 then put that in a thread and we'll change it for you. We have hit the cubby target, but we need to get the numbers of plain ones up too. Don't forget that of we are going for a total of 20 to reach the best price all round then we can order 20 cubby versions! It only has to be a minimum of 6 with the lockers. Remember the price is delivered. The original pricing was item + delivery at £10.

So if we only get up to 15 in total the price for the locker version is effectively £205 + postage. I shouldn't need to point that out but just in case you had missed it.

Come on chaps. We need Team Hundee to sharpen their drawing pencils too. If we get everyone on the list confirmed we are almost over the line.

Yep, gotcha. Although it would be nice if we could get the cubby version for £100!! If we can't get enough people to get the plain one at sub £100 then we'll be calling it off. I don't have £255 for a locker version that's for sure.
