G'day everyone I'm new here.
My Ute's been over heating and I think it's because my harmonic balancer hasn't been running my water pump properly. I came to this conclusion because you can turn the fan belt side freely by hand. I've never seen a harmonic balancer do this and it seems there is a rubber section on it. Is this normal
