Help with new tyre sizes

Hi all, looking to change my tyres in the future, currently on 265/60/18, after something a bit more chunky to put on my 18"alloys, recently put new heavy duty springs on which seems to of lifted my truck a bit and also have 1"spacers all round, anyone got any ideas as to what tyre size I could go for, I was thinking something like 285/70 /18 think general grabber do a tyre in this size

Thanks Julian, need some bigger rubber now tho I think,to fill the arches a bit, mines quite thirsty to lol
