What do all you lads think, as some of you probably know my beloved Lc is off the road since last week because the oil level is increasing, now before i parked it up the old girl was flying, running really smooth, nice smooth idle, pulled well, no smoke, on advice the injectors have been removed & a compression test done, all good bar one which was just 20 lower so no worries there i think, decided to have the injectors tested & the chap at the testers tells me the mullered & won't atomize, now this company doesn't have the best of reputations but their the only place for miles so reluctantly used them, do you think their bulls***ng to extract my hard earned money on a refurb that doesn't need doing.
Iv'e spoken to Bob at RVS at swindon who's sure the front seal on the pumps gone & he's going to send one for us to fit, bit worried about setting up the timeing again though.
Talking of timeing thats the issue hear, need it back on the road ASAP & money's tight & shortage of work so can't go for a full pump rebuild.
