KZJ70 Restoration with new GRJ71-Body // Old Speedometer@dashboard - Suggestions?

Hi,

our KZJ70 restoration project is taking shape and soon we will made the wedding of the KZJ70 chassis with the new GRJ71 body )
The construction year of the KZJ70 is 1994.

The old mechanical speedometer dont't fits in the new GRJ7x dashboard (see pictures).

Is any out there, with an advice, if i could use a new GRJ71 speedometer and which type?
I guess, it's an electronic feed without a mechanical speedometer cable?

My backup way is to build a new housing for the old KZJ70 speedometer, but this is complex an time-consuming. Other things are also to do...

Yes, in fact that's the best practical solution and is simply not to beat
But in our country there are TÜV testing rules and i get deep in trouble, if i should come to the auditor. The auditor additional will see the "E-Sign" (Federal Office for vehicles) for approved components.
In the case, i build an own, new block and i decide to flout of the rules, i will realize your proposal.

I was also thinking about putting a GRJ71 body to the KZJ70 chassis.
Does the body fit the chassis or did you have to modify ?

And, where can one find a new GRJ71 body and at what price ?

There's these guys in Dubai where they sell brand new 70 series complete front ends which I'm considering for my 74 project.

They may be able to source a body at quite a cost I would imagine...
