Lifting my 100

Starting to think about lifting the 100 and was wondering when they talk about lifting your car 1.5" or 2" from "base" ...would that be??

Would "base" be N in a 100 and H be equal to a 2" lift or is H base and you then add a further 2" to that? (Talking about the AHC)

base is similar to AHC in N, with H being very roughly similar to a 2" lift. I say similar / roughly because it depends how your AHC is adjusted and how much lift you end up with.
