Mods delete if out of place...

I make up soft shackles from Marlow Dyneema D12Max min break load 10,000kg certified. If any one is interested I can bring rope with me

Well someone has to be the first!

I'm sorry folks, although this was to be our first meet with members of the group other than Richard and Stumog, we are not going to make it as planned. It's partly Stu's fault.

I was hoping to have all our modifications done and dusted prior to this meeting, and more importantly prior to our next Pyrenees trip in July. However, things have not worked out as planned. No surprise there.

I'm still halfway through a raised air intake install (I was inspired by Stu to do this) that did not go exactly to plan but is working out quite well now, and I still have a ways to go getting the rear sorted out so that I can get everything bolted in its place nice and safe for rough road activities as well as (temporarily) removing the rear seats for the extra room and finding somewhere to store them in an already crammed shed. Oh yeah, while I'm on the intake install, I couldn't help but notice a bit of rust in the wing under the plastic that I'd like to 'apprehend' at best while I have the wheel arch cover out and access to the wing. I'll probably end up risking removing the wheel arch cover to get at it from both sides. Jobs, jobs.

I've been diverted by other projects, mainly converting the spare room into an office for 'The Wife' to conduct her travel business in, and other activities including a friends wedding this weekend taking up precious time all meaning I am well behind schedule and need the time to get it completed at least functionally for the Pyrenees trip.

It will have to be another time.
We were number 14 on the list.
Have a great time, we'll hopefully see you anon.
Simon and Rachel

Dont be hard on yourself, its ALL stumogs fault
