Lj73 air condition

Greetings to all
I have a problem with the air conditioner, very weak cold air comes out of the exits in the cabin
Freon was checked, at full capacity. the pipes are freezing and at the end the air is lukewarm. I saw that the hot water valve from the engine was leaking little by little even though it was in the closed position. Could it be that this is happening because of the warm radiator heating in the cabin. Isn't there a flap that closes that passage

The heater valve should shut off completely the hot water to the cabin. Sounds like it isn’t working.

Yes I removed and saw that litle bit water going through
So need to shut off completely
Its good to know that and order new
