Lj78 engine conversion

hi all, thinking of doing an engine conversion in my Lj78 but would like to keep the automatic gearbox.

Iv seen loads of 1uz conversions but I want to stay Diesel.

My main concern is control of the auto, as it is electronic, is there a stand-alone system that works with the Aisin-Warner gearbox?

would a 1Kz from a auto work with my gearbox?

The other option is a different gearbox but then I will have shift transfer case issues.

Any knowledge in this area would be great
