A bit off topic again, but hope any of you guys and girls in London are
OK, sounds very chaotic up there.
I get the impression that there is more to the story than the power
surges that they are claiming.

Hi Julian/All
I am here in the City of London and frankly it is organised chaos. I ride
in on my mountain bike so was not affected by the shut down of the transport
system but all of my colleagues have been badly delayed on their way in but
all are here now safe. It is a sad and worrying sight to see how vunerable
we are to terrorists that are intent on killing innocent people. All our
clients are being advised to close the offices but the police are advising
people in the City to stay put and not travel either in or out of the City?
I will leave later but at the moment I am watching the TV and listening to
LBC radio.
All best
Regards
Simon Hughes

Hey Simon and all of you who are there, all our thoughts are with you all,
please be careful. I can not share my thoughts about these people who have
perptrated this because of list rulesand the percieved modern way of dealing
with these mrderers and yes there is a hell of a lot more to this as we
will find out. So take care

Hi guys & gals,
I have the office in West London so I am not being affected so far. On
the surface it's business as usual but you can feel the tension among
people crowding around a TV set in the lobby. The traffic around
Hanger Lane roundabout is calm at the moment but we decided to leave
early to avoid the overload.
Not a good day after yesterdays's euphoria.

Just got home after walking fgrom Finsbury Park to Covent Garden and back.
I was rounding the corner near Russell Sq when the bus went up about 50-75
metres away from me. Not pleasant but the police were there before I could
get there.
The walk home after my meeting was a strange affair as many were walking
home, it was lashing it with rain and the optimism of the previous day had
disappeared without trace.
Can't wait to get in the Cruiser and leave this island for a bit, but I know
I will want to come back. Got my footie season ticket to look forward to!
