My only comment would be a slight vibration through the accelerator pedal at 75mph, not there at any other speed?

Mine had that, turned out to be the rear UJ, hang off it, see if it moves.

Welcome to the forum matey ! Get them there pics posted

Spring comp has sold to some guy in Wakefield, couldn't believe what a numpty he was, he bought the comp and scratched his head a lot, then said that he'd need to jack the front of his Merc up quite a lot in order to get the comp under his motor "WTF" oh I don't know much about Mercs I said, but thanks for the money

Tommo. other than engine and interior spec, is there any difference between D4D and mine with reference to body ?

No, not as far as i'm aware.

The Colorado does have the locking rear diff though..

Forgot to say, tyre size is 285 75 16 BFG KM2. Might try and do the lift tomorrow.

Also has anyone any experience of their truck shaking in time with the engine at tick over? Could it be the engine mounts? Seems to send a vibration through the cab? Or is this normal in a big auto diesel?

Thanks for any info.
