Is it easy to get the wing off to get at the aerial motor ... (i'm assuming the wing does have to come off)
 
might as well delete this thread now .... sorted it ...

theres lots of flippin bolts ain't there ... :roll:
 
I may need to do this soon. Is it best to undo from the engine bay, or from under the wheel arch?

i found it easier to undo from the wheel arch ...

do ya know where all the bolts are .... cos theres a few ..
 
Why did you need to remove it?
Only I am looking for a replacement. I have a new mast but it don't fit my motor. :?

this is why i had to remove mine .. i'd broken the mast .... and the motor stopped working ...

hidden bolt locations are ....

top of wing (behind the door)

at the bottom of wing there's 2 bolts

and in under the pannel right under the front screen

pluss the ones around the wheel arch ....and on the mud flap

Methinks that this should become a 'Sticky' somewhere, as it is a great reference guide. Over to the Admins..... (who will probably point out that there already is one, and that I should take more notice :oops: )
