I think Pedders sell proper rubber ones.

Have you tried Roughtrax maybe? I know Milner do the poly ones but I'd avoid poly at all costs!

Have you contacted Simon for a price for genuine ones?

Occasionally I'm actually surprised by Toyota prices being actually quite reasonable! Not very often but it does happen so might be worth asking.
