Rear shock housing upper

My rear shock housing that holds the shock in on the top broke away from the chassis is there a bracket I buy to replace this or do I need to get a new housing made and welding on thanks.

Colorado rear strut housing repair

Sure someone has had this problem in the past. Any tips on the repair and is there any pre-made plates manufactured anywhere?
