Rear Side Window Access ideas

My rear windows are currently covered over with a sheet of metal. As part of redesigning the back I'm considering hatches. I have been recommended a company in South Africa called Big Country which seem to have overcome the inner round angles that make hatches trickier in a Land Cruiser than a boxy Defender. Here's their work:

I am definitely going to contact them but I think shipping will make things unrealistic if i do go ahead with this. Hopefully they may have a distibutor.

I was wondering if anybody thinks a UK company can do this and do it well. Has anybody dealt with:

I have a Big Country roof rack Si - UK distributor is APB Trading, quite close to Lincomb! They also import the National Luna stuff.
