Replacement turbo

Hello all,

Has any one replaced the turbo on a 120 yet?

Easy enough?
In through the front wheel and from the top looks the way.

any one got any tips or tricks to smooth the way?

I've had all the pipe work and intercooler off - did not look like it would be much more than that.

In from the top?
or did you take the front drivers wheel off?

It's my brothers LC, he needs swap the turbo, so I said I will try find out how its done.

I had the top bits of pipe off which is a piece of piss, from memory, the rest looked quite simple (I was looking at how to drill a hole for EGT probe)
Did not pay much attention though.
