Only just seen this thread. I gave my shell away so I don't know what it weighed but the chassis was still attached so it wouldn't help much. Going to be heavy but just add more thick lads as required? I would come over to help if the timing works but a recipricating saw with a decent blade would make very quick work of that

No, Andrew - we dropped the box and left the shell on.
