How difficult is it to repair the rear quarter window lite latch? Presently mine is held on with a plastic tie strap, which doesn't look very good and I really want to avoid going to Toyota. Any idea's, gratefully accepted. Just found this "FIX" on the interweb. Anyone got some ally and a grinder?

Today I was quoted £56.00 ex VAT for the latch from my Toyota dealership on the Seven Sisters Road. Now that what I call a sucker punch!
