The cruiser earning it's keep again today. Brothers van broke down and needed recovery. So called the cheapest tow in town. Last pic is my son James. We took him to the landrover show at Peterborough on Sunday for a few hours. After trawling the trade stands for ages he finally found the best truck in the showground.

No idea I'm afraid. He hunted every toy and model stand there digging through hundreds of "lame rovers"" his words not mine.

I've hunted for those too! I ended up with a tamiya model. Just gotta make it sometime. I've got my black xr3i and my blue surf. Just need to find a blue golf. A white manta and beemer though imagine the last one will be easy.

This is a model I found on the net and then ordered from a local model shop. Not a kit but a reasonably detailed die cast model in 1:18 scale (10.5" long x 4" high) which I disassembled, repainted in the correct colour and mounted in the case with lights and scenery. I also added number plates and a tow bar but I guess you could customise to make it an exact copy of your own with bull bars or roof racks etc..etc.....
