Upgrade to sat Nat and stereo

I want to update my 2000 models built in sat Nav and stereo.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to aftermarket touch screen stereo and SAt Nav options that would fit the space in the centre console

It should be a standard double DIN fitting behind the fascia panel, so pretty much all aftermarket nav units will fit - choose the one you like best. It's only the later vehicles where the heating controls are displayed on screen that are difficult.
