What colour wire should I take off for the spot light switch?

Want my spotties to only work when I am on high beam. What colour wire should I take off for the spot light switch? HZJ79R

I had a squiz at the forum but found nothing.

Use a test light and check which wire lights up only on high beam and that will be the wire you need to tap into

If you test between the terminals at the bulb connector to earth you should find it pretty easily. Fit a relay in the engine bay and fuse the connection to the battery within 100mm of the battery terminal. Fuse where you connect to your high beam wire too (2A) and run the coil of the relay from that via a switch in the cab.
