Had some issues fitting the new wheels and tyres (I have settled on General Grabber AT, 235/85.), the offset of the wheel is too wide, so need to install wheel arch extensions.
They arrived just before Christmas, so I have been preparing them ready to install. I will take the car for it's annual inspection before fitting, then I have a year to worry about the paper work. I have them measured, trimmed and punched holes in them ready. The fronts are a bit tricky as the wing is very narrow underneath where the screws will go.

Got them off eBay but the seller I got them off is no longer on there now.

FINALLY!!!!!

Got around to getting the wheels and tyres fitted. Wheel arch extensions need teasing with a hot air gun to get them sitting nicely.

Tyres are General Grabber 235/85 AT. Wheels are 7" wide, with +7 offset. One of the wheel studs broke, is it possible to buy them separately?

Big improvement DD shame the gov rules there prevent modification but you have done well to make a statement and remain in spec

If you wanted a more OEM look, you could try and find a set of OEM wheel flares like the GX/VX models have, though this would also mean finding the front and rear bumpers to complete the look :icon-rolleyes:

Good work though!

I found this site tiresize.com, compare tyre and wheel combinations and visualise the differences....
