i'll be coming up the A34 winchester- Oxford, can do the M40 on the last stretch if timings suit, or else i'll sverve left and hit the A44...

I will be at the show but because my open my trailer is about 11ft long and 12ft wide i have avoided the club enclosure as it doesn't seem fair to take up enough space for 3 trucks , of course if there is space available when the count is done ..........

Hi Shane,

Earlier in the thread i posted an overall map of the show. Note there that right next to us, is where the general camping and open space starts as well. I have asked Tom if its at all possible for them.to hold back some of that space for 'our' folks juat in case things get cosy

Either way we should try and setup a reasonable social space ao even if not parked right there, do plan on spending all(?) your time there anyway!

We won't be doing the roof tent but sorting something for inside the truck. I showed Lynn what a roof tent looked like and the colour drained from her as she flatly refused to sleep in one (doesn't do heights, ladders etc and has managed to fall and break a perfectly good hip by walking along a wet pavement!!) as the possibilities for injury were deemed to be too great. Poor little thing regularly injures herself in new and innovative ways. [emoji45]

I think banging her head inside the truck was looking appealing after I showed her the roof tent!![emoji6]
