Hi all,

I have an LC 100 2003 with 290k miles on it, but clean body.

Planned work:

1. Fix clunk when accelerating (might be transfer box motor?)
2. Clean, paint and waxoil undercarriage
3. Replace speedometer cluster led bulbs

All help / advice welcome!

Ollie

I’m also looking to upgrade interior head unit. Job no. 4!

I use it mostly for Dublin city and motorway cruising. We have a farm in west Ireland so I go off-road there occasionally!

The 80 series was the first cruiser I drove, when my brother had one. Great motor.

Hi All,
I’ve installed the new head unit (€200).

It fits great, however three female power supply plugs don’t suit my make plugs.

Does anyone know someone who is good doing work on LC100s?, particularly electronic work?

Thanks,

Ollie

Are you using any sort of ISO harness? Thats what I needed when I upgraded the radio in my 120

Yep, as Karl.
When I changed the stereo in a Nissan van I owned, the plugs/sockets didn't match, a visit to a car stereo place supplied me with an ISO harness adaptor off the shelf to suit, just plug and play.
I took the vehicle there with stereo out for them to see wiring and fittings required.
