Anyone near/going near Chichester?

Ive bought a Kayak paddle on ebay but the seller is refusing to post it even though I said Ill send a courier and pay for the packaging!

If anyone is near Chichester or travels through and is happy to pick it up and post it on for me (of course Ill pay the costs) or even better if you happen to travel anywhere near Bristol, it would be much appreciated.
