Bluetooth phone kit

I managed to buy off of e-blag, a bluetooth phone kit for a 120 series.
I have modified the wiring by taking off the 16pin plug and socket and wiring through an iso plug/socket for my 80 series.
Now the car talks to me through the left ahnd speakers, but not the right...any ideas??

It's a motorola kit, similar to motorola HF850, but specifically for toyota.

Dont they normally only go through one speaker? I had a some cars with this but was the right hand one but that could just be a wrong connection.

I'll have to check the parrot kit in the works van.
