Caster issue after EFC suspension

I remember fitting the 4" Ironman kit to the Silver one. Driving it nearly killed me. It was beyond description. I could not work it out. All was correctly fitted but the truck looked like it had been torpedoed. I took the springs off, checked that I had DS and OS on the right sides (I had) and then swapped them. They WERE incorrectly labelled. What a staggering difference. The springs didn't really even look that different, but the transformation was dramatic.

Point is I guess that with suspension, what may be quite small errors can show up as significant manifestations on the road

Good point Chris. Measure, check, and measure again.
By the way did I mention that.......

I wish the OP a good outcome. It certainly should be fixed up.
Perhaps a fresh set of eyes is the best option, although adds costs. (I prefer business class.....) :icon-biggrin:

I just re-read the OPs initial post, which shows some remedial work has been done. In answer to one of the questions, yes you should be aiming to recover most of that original castor angle. More work to be done.

My mistake was reading the instructions, which were wrong. Never do that again!
