I've used these guys in the past, thought ti handy to mention them.

If you want a data cable your GPS (not sure if they are limited to Garmin) these guys have the plugs for a small donation. You then whip out the soldering iron and make up the cable. I've used the plugs before, the fit and work well. Making up the cable is 30 minutes work, costs you a fraction of the bought ones.
