CV Joints (Birfields)

I have been looking through the forum and see regular mentions HDK CVs. Are these an upgraded/heavy duty CV joint or are they just a quality pattern part?

Where would I get them from?

I'm about to start on a front axle rebuild and I've been looking for a heavy duty pair of CV joints but so far I'm not finding anything but cheap pattern stuff.

I will be doing the stub axle upgrade at the same time as done by Chris in this thread. http://www.landcruiserclub.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=12604

I've heard on your car you might have to remove the A Bar to gain access
