Engine Shaking

When idling, the engine in my 80 series has started shaking quite badly. To the point where the gear stick shakes back and forth instead of just vibrating.
Any suggestions as to why this may be? Engine mounts?

Have the rpm dropped from what the used to be?

I had that. It turned out to be fuelling issues. If you raise the revs very slightly does it go away? I changed my injectors and it was all smiles after that.
