Parked truck up as normal and next day it would start and run for 10 seconds or less before cutting out.

Using the diagnostic port in the engine bay with the wire link to pull off any error codes and had a 99 error, possible ECU or Immobiliser ECU.

After checking fuses and relays (all ok) I decided to unclip the 3 connector blocks that go into the top of the ECU and reseat them. Connectors looked ok with no corrosion and after clipping back in the problem is fixed.

Maybe some oxidation on the connectors was to blame, certainly worth a go before reaching for the wallet.

Sounds like the Immobiliser...Have you got a spare set of keys you could start her with? Maybe replace the key fob batteries?

Didn't matter which key I used, one has had a new battery very recently too. But all is good since reseating the connectors.
